Updated 09/27/2006:
All data files for the 2004 GeneAtlas Data Set, including sequence and CEL files, are now available for download from GEO (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/). The reference series is GSE1133, and the platforms for our custom arrays are GPL1074 (for GNF1H) and GPL1073 (for GNF1M).

Data files for the 2002 GeneAtlas Data Set have been deposited at GEO under series numbers GSE96 (Human U95A) and GSE97 (Mouse U74A). The 2004 Rat GeneAtlas has also been deposited (GSE952).
